Enrollment

In New York, adults, children, and pregnant women can use the Access NY Health Care application to apply for health insurance. Adults may be eligible for Family Health Plus or Medicaid. Children may be eligible for Child Health Plus A or Child Health Plus B. Pregnant Women may be eligible for the Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP).

Total Care Facilitated Enrollers will help you find out if you or your children are eligible for any of the health insurance programs. They will also help you fill out an Access NY Health Care application to get health insurance. Total Care Facilitated enrollers will work with you, help you get the materials you need to apply for Family Health Plus, Medicaid, Child Health Plus A and/or Child Health Plus B, Support you as you complete the application, help you choose a health insurer and in some cases even help you choose a doctor.
